After obtaining all the required permissions & NOCs from the respective Departments of Varanasi District offices of Uttar Pradesh State, for construction of Dharamshala in "IVF Benaras Ananda Nilayam purchased land of 3125 sq.yards near the Ring Road in Ashapur paragana, Harhua Village, opposite to Shankara Netralaya, Varanasi. The Auspicious Ground Breaking Ceremony and Shilanyas performed by "Parama Pujaneeya Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Shankaracharya Narendrananda Saraswati Maharaj.

IVF Benaras Ananda Nilayam Dharamshala will comprise of 134 Rooms (118-Double Bedded Rooms, 6-3bedded Rooms, 10-Suite Rooms) with state of the Art modern facilities. In addition, 2-convention halls for 300 seats each on terrace floor, and Dining hall for 100members planned in the Ground Floor.

Our intention to build the Dharamshala far from the Temple Complex about 12kms away is due to increasing number of Pilgrims day by day from every nook & corner of India. In the coming days, it would be difficult for the Pilgrims aspiring to have a peaceful Darshan of the Shrine without any difficulty. Varanasi Development Authority has plans to make the Kashi Vishwanadh Temple Corridor about 6kms in radius from the main Shrine complex.

Hence, we have intended to provide accommodation with all comforts for the members of our community from all parts of the country and the world so that they could have peaceful Darshan of Kashi Vishwanadh and Mata Annapurna Devi and other Deities in and around Varanasi.

Our main motto is to provide Education aid to the Poor & Meritorious students of our community and Emergency Medical support for the poor patients, with revenue generated from the Dharamshala
