The Auspicious Ground Breaking Ceremony and Shilanyas performed by "Parama Pujaneeya Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Shankaracharya Narendrananda Saraswati Maharaj.

IVF Benaras Ananda Nilayam Dharamshala will comprise of 134 Rooms (118-Double Bedded Rooms, 6-3bedded Rooms, 10-Suite Rooms) with state of the Art modern facilities. In addition, 2-convention halls for 300 seats each on terrace floor, and Dining hall for 100members planned in the Ground Floor.
